GREEN CHUTNEY

Handfuls of washed fresh Coriander leaves

Little water to blend.
Method
Just add all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until you get the creamy consistency.
Last for a week in the fridge, cashew keeps the colour green.
WHITE CHICKPEA HUMMUS

cups Overnight soaked and cooked chickpea, turmeric optional.

Blend in a powerful blender until you get the soft creamy texture.
*It last for a week in the fridge.
RED HOT SAUCE

Take dry red chilies, wash, soak and steam them.
Blend to make the paste.
Dry roast finely

celery stick
small piece of ginger and mix the paste in it.
Cook little bit and add salt and pepper as per taste.
Enjoy the hot chilly sauce.
It last for a month in the fridge.
